LEMON ZUCCHINI COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix above ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

While warm, drizzle with lemon frosting.

LEMON FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix well. Yield: 36 cookies.
