HONEY - ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 frying chicken, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. orange juice
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey

Mix first 4 ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken first into orange juice, then coat with mixture. Place on lightly oiled pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, dissolve the cube in 1/2 cup boiling water and add butter and honey, simmering until butter is melted. Turn oven up to 400 degrees and baste chicken with honey mixture. After 15 minutes baste again, using as much of basting mixture as possible. Bake for 15-20 minutes more, or until brown.
