CRUNCHY CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced green onion
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 (.37 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

Wash cauliflower and break into flowerettes. Combine cauliflower, radishes, green onion, and water chestnuts; toss gently. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and stir well. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill before serving.
