BEEF PARMESAN 
6 cube steaks, tenderized
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 can evaporated milk
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in 3 quart rectangular oven dish. Dip steaks in milk then in mixture of cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Place in dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, top with Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Cover and return to oven for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
