FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
4 bananas, mashed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cartons commercial sour cream
Lettuce

Combine all ingredients except lettuce; stir well, and pour into a 9-inch square pan. Freeze until firm; cut into squares and serve on lettuce. Yield: 9 servings.
