CHICKEN LOMBARDI 
6 Market Day skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sherry
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown chicken breast in 1 tablespoon butter and 3 to 4 garlic cloves. Remove chicken from pan into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In same skillet melt butter, stir in flour, add broth and milk. Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
