1 lg. box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and white rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. jar pimento
1 med. onion, chopped thin
2 c. French cut green beans
3 c. cooked chicken
1 sm. can water chestnuts, chopped
Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside.
Mix together, chopped onion, soup, rice, pimento, mayonnaise, green beans, and water chestnuts. Grease or butter baking dish. Mix chicken in with other mixture and pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
