JIFFY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Quick, easy and NO eggs. Mix in one 9 x 13 inch pan.

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco oil or melted Crisco
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water, overall

Measure flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into a sifter. Sift in pan. Make 3 holes in mixture. Pour Crisco in one hole, and vinegar and vanilla each in other 2 holes. Pour cold water over all. Mix well and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until sides pull away form pan.
