BAKED COD 
1 lb. fresh cod
1 lemon
1 c. crushed crackers
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Place fish in glass baking dish. Cover fish with juice from half of lemon. Salt and pepper cod. Cover fish with melted butter and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Garnish with lemon slice.
