BANANA FRAPPE 
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg
1 med. banana, cut up
2 ice cubes

Put milk, vanilla, banana, and ice cubes in blender and blend 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into glass and sprinkle with nutmeg. 200 calories, 4 grams fat, 38 grams carbohydrates, 10 grams protein.
