Cook slowly 2 cups rice in water to which you add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons dry onion mix until water is dissolved.
To the rice add 2 cups of leftover meat loaf and mix well.
Boil 12 large cabbage leaves in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes or until they begin to soften. Remove.
In 9"x13" casserole, layer some cabbage at the bottom. Cover with some rice and meat mixture, another layer of cabbage, more meat mixture, layering until all rice is used up. Cover top with cabbage leaves.
Pour a cup of tomato soup with 1 teaspoon dry spaghetti sauce mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
