3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can (21 oz.) blueberry or cherry pie filling
Cup cake cups (paper baking type)

Blend eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Place the paper baking cups in cupcake tins. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each of the baking cups. Fill each cup 3/4 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, then spoon pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Yields 36 individual cheesecakes.
