1 sm. white Jiffy cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. cold milk
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 lg. Cool Whip
Nuts and cherries (optional)

Mix the cake mix according to the directions on the box and bake it until done in 9 x 13 greased cake pan. Cool cake completely. Beat pudding, cream cheese and milk until well mixed. Put this layer on the cooled cake. Sprinkle the crushed pineapple on the pudding layer. Frost with 1 large container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts or cherries on top. Refrigerate. NOTE: I used one regular yellow cake mix and dessert gets as high as pan.
