2 slices diet bread (40 calories)
2 med. apples
4 tsp. diet butter (softened)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 pkgs. sweet 'n' low sweetener
Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla. Cut in butter and work until crumbs can be pressed lightly into a ball.
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples and pour into a small baking dish sprayed with Pam, 6 inches across. Sprinkle with 2 packages sweetener and turn the apples over to mix the sweetener. Crumble the topping over the apples and bake at 350 degrees until apples are fork tender, 45-50 minutes. Serves 2.
