1 lb. hamburger
3/4 can water
2 sm. onions
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 shakes soy sauce
1 can dried Chinese noodles
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown meat until dry and crumbly. Add onions, celery and rice. Dilute soups with 3/4 can warm water. Put in casserole. Add above ingredients. Cover casserole. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Put noodles on top. Cook for 15 minutes, uncovered. Total 45 minutes.
