GRANDMA'S TOOTALINGS 
FILLING:

2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 jar Romano cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. heaping nutmeg
2 tsp. sage
Oregano & thyme to taste
4 links pork sausage
1 lb. hamburger
Parmesan cheese cheese to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

This is an Old! Italian pinch and add recipe.

Dough: Beat 8 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 3 pounds flour (approximately). Mix together. Use your favorite recipe to roll out dough for ravioli.

Broth: 1 chicken, celery, onions, salt and pepper. Boil together, then strain.

Mix all filling ingredients together. Set aside. Make dough - roll out and cut into 2-3 inch squares. Place small amount of filling in middle. Roll up and curve ends around and pinch together. Do this until all is gone. Bring strained broth to full boil. Add ravioli and cook approximately 1 minutes excellent when served with homemade bread and an Italian salad.
