8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage 4 c. chopped, unpeeled Granny Smith apples 1 c. coarsely shredded carrot 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low fat yogurt 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. celery seeds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well and set aside. Combine the next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Pour over the cabbage mixture, toss gently. Cover and chill 8 hours. Yield: 16 servings. |
