1 box vanilla wafers
6-8 bananas
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
9 oz. Cool Whip

Line bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan with vanilla wafers. Slice bananas and distribute evenly. Mix well the pudding mix, milk, Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip. Pour over bananas. Refrigerate.
