Invite 11 friends for an evening. Tell each to bring 12 dozen homemade cookies from a favorite recipe (1 recipe), in packages of 1 dozen each, along with 11 copies of their recipe. (One dozen will be for eating - the rest for exchanging.) As hostess you also bake 12 dozen cookies and prepare a hot wine punch or eggnog. When guests arrive, take a bag of cookies (1 dozen) from each and serve with the punch. Everyone samples the cookies and votes by secret ballot for the best. Winner gets a small prize, such as a Christmas tree ornament. Everyone takes home 11 dozen different cookies and recipes.
