SPAGHETTI WITH WHITE SAUCE 
1 lb. bacon (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage (remove casing)
1 pt. half and half
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. Parmesan
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Add sausage (crumbled). Cook until done. Drain. Last 5 minutes of cooking, add minced garlic. Remove and place with bacon.

Cook spaghetti and drain. Put cooked spaghetti in huge pot on low heat. Make a whole in spaghetti. Add eggs in center and scramble (don't cook). Mix noodles and eggs. Add meat and drippings.
