1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. rum
2 tbsp. amaretto
3/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate chips to taste

Mix together first 3 ingredients until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add rum and amaretto. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla and fold into Ricotta mixture. Add chocolate chips. Chill. Yummy! Serves 4.
