LEMON COOKIES
1 box lemon cake mix 2 c. Cool Whip 1 egg Powdered sugar Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg together. Drop by spoonful into powdered sugar. Roll into ball and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
