BROILED SWORDFISH STEAKS
 

Fresh swordfish steak (1 - 1 1/2" thick)
3 lemons
2 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread, grated fine
1 stick butter, melted
Sm. amount of butter (to butter pan)

Marinate swordfish steaks in juice of fresh lemons in shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.

Place fish in buttered shallow pan. Put salt, pepper and 1/2 melted butter on top. Broil 15 minutes, about 4 inches from broiler. Remove pan from oven. Carefully turn oven with a spatula.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Pour remaining melted butter on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 5 minutes more.
