1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.

Super on chicken or veal or fish.
