5 lbs. of potatoes 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp. butter Cook and mash potatoes very fine. Add all ingredients. Put into large, greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze. Thaw before baking. |
