HAM - CHEESE - POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream (20%)
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed, cooked ham or canned pork luncheon meat
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover, bake 45 minutes.
