EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1 cup sugar 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 eggs 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 1 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut flakes Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until crust is brown and custard is firm. |
