BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg. Alternately add milk and flour sifted with salt and baking powder. Fold in blueberries. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Combine and sprinkle on buckle before baking.

This is a super delicious buckle. I used loaf pans and made the recipe times 3 and got four loaves out of it. Did it again with two times the recipe and got three loaf pans. Great freezer treats for winter! Thank you!
