1 package kielbasa 1 med onion (sliced) 3-4 med potatoes (cut in lg cubes) 1 can beef broth 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 can green beans (drained)
Place everything in covered skillet except the green beans, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add green beans during the last 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

This is a FANTASTIC recipe - I used 1 tsp. thyme and omitted the bay leaf (didn't have one). Next time, I'll add carrots. Great recipe!

Loved this recipe. I didn't have any thyme so I didn't use it and I added some stewed, diced tomatoes. SOOOO good!
