Thousand Island Dressing

This is a good recipe for Thousand Island Dressing; however, it is incorrect in its modification to become Russian Dressing. The essential difference between the two is that Thousand Island dressing always has chopped hard-boiled egg, but Russian Dressing never does.

I'm so glad I found this recipe. I was on vacation trying to make a dressing out of a few condiments. I had the ketchup and mayo, but the egg made is work. Thanks!!

I agree that the eggs are key I use just the yolks and go real easy on the ketchup.
