2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 - 1/3 c. beer
Chopped green onion
Additional cheddar cheese

Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and salad dressing mix. Gradually stir in beer until mixture is to desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional cheddar cheese. Serve with pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables.
