MACADAMIA CHEESE BALLS 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. peach chutney, chopped
1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts

Blend softened cheeses, add chutney and chill. Shape into small balls (about 1 teaspoon each). Roll in nuts and chill until serving. Serve with fruit wedges and toothpicks.
