WHOLE WHEAT PUMPKIN BREAD OR MUFFINS
 

Mix: 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. honey 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. canned pumpkin 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda

Beat until well blended. Spoon into well greased pan, 9 x 5 x 3 or muffin tins. Bread - 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Muffins - 35 to 50 minutes.
