HAM SHORTCAKE 
1 c. ham, cut up
3 tbsp. fat (bacon drippings)
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Celery salt to taste
4 hard boiled eggs
Hot biscuits

Brown ham in fat. Cook well if ham is uncooked.) Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in mustard, salt and celery salt; add eggs. Heat until hot, stir only to keep from sticking. Serve over hot split biscuits. Serves 8.
