1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 can milk 1 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Brown ground beef (turkey) and onion. Drain off fat. Add seasonings and soup with milk. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles. |
