SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in bite size peices
4-5 red potatoes cut in bite size pieces
1 bag baby carrots
1 med onion sliced
Mrs. dash, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375.

On a cookie sheet, lay out a large piece of aluminum foil.

Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Place sausage, potatoes, carrots and onions on foil and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap foil around all ingredients and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.

Enjoy.

Excellent, excellent, excellent, made this with hot smoke sausage regular carrots white potatoes and Crisco butter no stick spray. Will keep this as a big favorite to serve company.

So I googled what food I had...1 beef sausage, 1 onion, one lg. potato and your recipe came up! I made it and loved it so much that I went out and bought little red potatoes and lots of yellow (Vidalia) onion because their sweetness works perfectly with the other ingredients. I thank you so much for posting your recipe. My friends make these meals when they go camping... me, I am just happy I can make it from the comfort of my home!
