This recipe was so good. I actually had to use 6 eggs instead of 4. I also substituted cheddar for the mozzarella. Overall it was a very easy recipe and very good!

I've made this a couple of times. First time I used Monterey Jack cheese and it turned out great. The second time I used a Mexican blend and it also turned out great. I found that 4 eggs was not enough and added two more eggs.

Good recipe. Made a vegetarian version. Replaced sausage with veggie ground beef crumbles. Replaced mozzarella with sharp cheddar. Also, I used heavy whipping cream instead of milk. I thought this needed a vegetable, so I also added some sliced and quartered zucchini. Served the individual pieces with paprika

Had nothing to make for supper and came across this recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand. Quick, easy and tasty. And satisified my 4 & 6 yr old so much they had seconds! Breakfast for dinner anyone?

This recipe is uuuhhhmazziinngg !! Except I used two large cans of crescent rolls, 6 eggs and cheddar cheese :) & I baked it for 25 minutes instead because of the larger serving amount.

Great recipe. I added sliced spring onions and grape tomatoes and it was so good on a cold winter night! My daughter had fixed the original recipe on Christmas morning and it was delicious. I think fresh basil would be great too or fresh spinach!

I added three eggs, used mozzarella and Mexican blend and then covered the whole thing in a second layer of crescent rolls. Had to cook 10 minutes longer but WOW! Whole family loves it. Also no meat... daughter is a vegetarian.

Made this recipe this morning. I suggest adjusting the temp and time. Temp should be lower as eggs respond better to a lower temp. There was sort of a thin plastic-y film that formed over the top of the bake that I found off-putting. I suggest 350°F for about 25 minutes or until set.
