MARINADE FOR SALMON OR SWORDFISH
 

Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme or 3 fresh thyme sprigs, chopped

Combine ingredients. Place fish steak in plastic bag and add the marinade. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove fish from marinade and broil or grill on oiled rack, cooking 10 minutes per inch for the salmon, and about 15 minutes per inch for the swordfish. Serve with lemon or lime wedges. This is so simple and makes a delicious product every time!
