1 pkg. cake mix, any flavor
1 pkg. instant pudding mix, any flavor

The flavors of these two mixes should be compatible.

4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. warm water
1 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and bake in an angel food or bundt cake pan until done. This cake is rich enough that an icing isn't necessary.
