CORN RELISH 
18 lg. ears of corn
3 green peppers
1 lg. can pimiento
1 head cabbage
6 onions
4 cucumbers
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
1/4 c. dry mustard
5 c. brown sugar
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp. turmeric

Bring all ingredients together except corn and bring to boil. Add corn and cook 20 minutes. Before canning add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 tablespoon celery seed.
