DANISH TURNOVERS 
2 oz. (1/2 c.) cottage cheese
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar or honey
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Thoroughly combine all 4 ingredients. Use as a filler for crescent rolls, then fold to form "Danish Pastry Triangle". Bake 375 degrees F. until rolls are browned (about 10 minutes on cookie sheet).
