OATMEAL WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1 1/2 c. skim milk
6 tbsp. canola oil or melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small mixing bowl stir together eggs, milk, oil and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker. Bake according to manufacturers instructions.
