7-UP CAKE 
1 box lemon or pineapple Cake Mix
1 box (4 serving size) pineapple, lemon or vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
10 oz. 7-Up

Icing:

1 stick Butter
1 c. crushed Pineapple, with juice
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 c. Coconut
1 c. Pecans

Mix well the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and 7-Up. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans.

Bake 35-40 minutes at 300°F. (For a 9x13 inch pan, bake 40 minutes at 350°F.)

To make icing: Bring butter, pineapple, sugar and flour to a boil and cook until thickened. Boil no more than 5 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Fill and frost warm cake.
