IRISH CHEESE & POTATO PIE 
1 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
3 med. raw potatoes, sliced
2 c. sliced onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Pepper

Combine milk and cheese and heat in heavy pan until cheese melts. Add Worcestershire sauce. In a greased 9 inch pie pan place 1/2 of potatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 of flour, mixed with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 onions, dot with butter and repeat layers, using remaining ingredients. Pour cheese sauce over all. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
