3/4 c. Bisquick
1 2/3 c. milk
4 slices cheese, Provolone or Swiss
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cooked ham, chicken or any meat (pork roast, bacon)
1/3 c. onion
1/3 c. ground pepper (optional)
5 or 6 stalks broccoli
Grease a 9 inch pie dish.
Simmer meat for 5 minutes in enough water or broth to cover and drain. Arrange evenly in pie dish. Add 5 or 6 stalks of broccoli, onion, green pepper, meat (any kind, cooked) top with grated cheese and sliced cheese.
In blender, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over all ingredients in pie dish.
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
I usually use Swiss with ham, and Provolone with any other meat. This is good to use up leftovers. I have also used ground beef, pork roast, and green beans; all leftovers and everyone liked it!
