DROP NOODLES 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt

Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Beat with a large spoon until well blended. Spread the dough loosely on a plate. Boil 6 quarts water in a wide pot. Push a teaspoon-sized drop of dough into the boiling water. Continue until all the dough is used. Cook 5 minutes after the last noodle is dropped. Pour the water and noodles into a large colander in the sink. Rinse the noodles with cold water. Serve the noodles with soup or sauce.
