1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme, crumbled or powdered
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. sage, ground
1 lb. fresh peeled shrimp

In a plastic or paper bag combine the cornmeal, marjoram, thyme, cayenne pepper and sage. Shake well to mix. Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick spray. Throw a few shrimp at a time into the bag with seasoned cornmeal; shake to coat. Place shrimp on the pan (not touching). Place on the middle rack of oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Per serving: 125 calories; 13 grams protein; 1 gram fat; 86 milligrams cholesterol; 14 grams carbohydrates; 85 milligrams sodium; 1 gram fiber; trace saturated fat.
