bed of lettuce (any kind)
crumble 2 handfuls of nacho's on lettuce or to taste
layer of boiled or grilled corn
1/2 cup garbanzo beans or black beans, great northern (any kind)
1/2 cup onions any kind (optional)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned or salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese any kind
pickled banana peppers (optional)
green or black olives (optional)
salad dressing to your taste or use salsa as the dressing

Layer ingredients with nacho's first on salad, then corn, beans, tomatoes, and everything else to your taste.

It can be a meal and very healthy, lots of fiber. This is a delicious salad for lunch, dinner, or packing lunch or dinner.

A wonderful vegetarian dish, plus good for weight control. Beans are a great source of protein.

Extra will keep in the fridge for side salads.

Make your own salsa by adding pineapple, peaches, for even healthier ingredients from the market.
