PIONEER PEACH COBBLER
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 3 dry ingredients. Cut in butter and add milk. Should be biscuit dough consistency. 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. water

Peel and slice peaches, mix with the 1/3 cup sugar. Place in baking dish - not tin. Place dough shaped to fit dish, on top of peaches. Make 3 finger size holes in dough to allow steam to escape.
