1 pkg. egg roll wraps (20)
1 egg
1 head cabbage
1 head celery
1 lg. can bean sprouts, cooked and drained WELL
2 lg. onions
1 lb. hamburger (or other meat)
1 green pepper (lg.)

Beat egg - in bowl and set aside. Steam all vegetables until tender. Brown hamburger, DRAIN - put in bowl - drain vegetables WELL and put in bowl - mix and put approximately 1/4 cup mixture on each wrap (one at a time) fold one corner in then 2 side corners in and roll - seal with touch of beaten egg - deep fry until brown and serve. (Can deep fry only a few seconds and freeze). Makes 20 large egg rolls.
